Looks great, works great!
I was so happy to find this nice surface mount doorbell button for my brick entryway. Most surface mount buttons have a cheap look, and I'd about given up finding a decent one until Amazon suggested this one. It was easy to install, requiring only 2 small screw holes to be drilled. I installed it with the diode supplied with my doorbell chime unit - it remains illuminated and rings the bell upon a push as faithfully as one could wish.Note: this review is genuine and this reviewer has received no compensation in any form for the review supplied. Nice heavy metal doorbell
Love how simple it is. There's a ring around the button that glows at night and looks cool. The old flat button was probably 40 years old and failing. This looks great on our 1820 Greek Revival farmhouse!

Nice Upgrade
I had my siding replaced and didn't want to recycle my old plastic doorbell button. This is a great button, well made and arrived quickly. The 'packaging' was minimalistic...basically, just wrapped in bubble wrap

Sturdy doorbell but not lighted. Maybe just the bell I received?
Read this was a lighted doorbell however mine does not light up. Overall sturdy construction and fairly easy to install. Had to drill new holes for my anchors to use with supplied screws. Did not match up to original house doorbell holes. Not going to bother returning, will just keep it. Update…. The light started to work and now is on, going strong now…

Nice doorbell
Actually is a very nice doorbell. Nice black finish. The button lights up, there room to push the wire inside the bell housing. Comes with screws. Perfected covered the hole of my previous doorbell from 1970.

Can’t install it
Got the doorbell but no screws. So haven’t installed it yet. My button also doesn’t move at all when pushed… maybe that’s normal because it’s not on my wall yet??? I have never heard of that but maybe.
