The box has foam inside that is precut to keep each item from moving, yet is poorly constructed so everything was loose inside the box. The product iteself....instructions say to bend the blade into a sort of U shape and insert into handle. First three blades snapped in half....extremely dangerous when handling sharp razor blades. Finally got one to insert into handle without snapping and it was so dull it pulled on skin and would not shave hair on head. Because it was working so poorly, tried it on facial hair seeing as how a cheap $5 razor from grocery store will shave there.....didnt work there either. Pulled hairs as though i were using an extremely dull or overused blade. If i could give zero stars i would. Once it is loaded it is hard for me to manipulate/cut design because the pen is so slim, it slips through my fingers.
