Having had major knee problems most of my adult life, it's brilliant to find something that supports my knees, and can help my quads take the strain, as I still play 5-a-side. As well as the support, its adherence to the skin is impressive. You can shower and it will remain stuck (I think following the instructions about rubbing the tape when first putting it on seems important in this respect). I haven't tried keeping the tape on for much more than 1 and a half days, but I can imagine that it would last the 3/4 days people claim. I'm totally sold on this tape, and would highly recommend it. Only buy this Pro version, the same manufacturer's original tape does not stay on the skin for very long. Do ensure that the area to be taped is freshly washed and completely dry before applying. My physio advises to apply each end with no tension, and the middle 90% of the tape with a degree of tension. If you make the entire strip of tape tight, then again it will start to peel off the skin quite quickly. The objective was to progress during rehab of my knee - (no my knee doesn't drink or take drugs, it was an injury to the illiotibial band) - and I found the tape gave my outer knee good support without the restrictive and heavy feeling you get from neoprene supports.
