With the Saqico head strap, I no longer need to constantly fiddle with the Meta's elastic strap, and the issue of face pressure is a thing of the past.While the Saqico head strap is incredibly comfortable, I noticed that it didn't come with the foam main head strap as advertised on the product page and listing. Instead, it came with a rubberized velcro strap, which still functions well. I attempted to exchange it through Amazon's built-in exchange service, specifying the correct item, but Saqico sent me the same unit again. So, I reached out to Saqico directly for clarification. They explained that there had been a mix-up at the factory with the components and offered to let me keep the replacement free of charge. Furthermore, they promised to send me a new full head strap unit with the correct foam strap.
