I always have to change new earbuds to the smallest supplied with a new set, and the smallest here are still a medium.(2) The speaker/button control is HEAVY. It pulls the right earphone out of my ear, and pulls the whole setup to the right, tugging on my left ear. I am constantly re-positioning it.(3) Active play time for media is ridiculously short. I can't even make it through half a day before they have to recharge.Overall, Good quality sound in a poorly designed package. It's next to impossible getting the earbuds to fit comfortably in your ears regardless of the size you choose. It's just awkward having the constant pull of the control side always weighing down on your earbud.I'm not even going to bother returning them because I don't even want to deal with anyone at that company.These were cheap for a reason. Their sound quality is subpar, even for budget headphones standards. They also have a very strange design flaw that has the control/battery pack in a strange spot that consistently pulls the ear bud out of your ear. Any kind of motion will cause the one side to pop out.There is also the comfort factor, these just are not that comfortable to wear.
