### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ so they are not super stiff but they do offer a workout of sorts ...

These are quite small grips, but offer decent resistance. I do 600 reps on each arm (in sets of 100) each day, so they are not super stiff but they do offer a workout of sorts & i'm fine with that. The yelow decor printed on the side of the grips came off after a couple of uses, but they are for using, not for looking at. If you think that doing 10 reps is the way to go then buy something stronger, but if you are after a workout that can leave your forearms burning after your done, then follow my lead & get a pair of these. NOTE: I'm not sure how strong i am compared to others, so 600 a day on each arm might sound alot but i might be a terminator ;) oh yeah, if you are a Bruce Lee fan then these are a great gift for a fan.

I've had these for a while now and never got round to writing a review. I've used these a couple of times a week for the past 6 years and they are still going strong. No rust, tension is still there and only the text on the foam has slightly come off.

I tore something in my wrist and ordered these to exercise with and aid my recovery. They arrived on time, they are very well made and packed and have been very good for for my wrist  which is now fully recovered.  I also now use them  a few times a week to keep my wrists and hands fit. Well recommended .
