There are now 6 bags of the “top” brands sitting in my pantry unused. Why? Acacia Senegal is white all those bags contain something brown and grainy. Either venders are mixing a lower cost Acacia like Acacia Seyal, a cheaper version and doing so while never disclosing this basic issue. NOW has an Acacia product but discloses it’s a mixture of those two, none of the other manufacturers I’ve tried say it’s 100% Senegal. The punchline here is that Acacia Senegal works much much better.
