I use it in my office to crack my back and do some back stretching, but being an office I can't use it to it maximum potential, stretching the legs also, because I'll get the looks. It doesn't matter if you have long arms or short arms, it has places at various lengths to put your hands in. Overall, it looks good, feels good, has a little bit of "made in China" smell, but goes away fast. I bet there are many ways to use it, if you have no ideas there's a brochure of excises inside.
