**Q: How many people that have used this for 3 months or more seen any effect or benefit after taking this?**
A: 40yr old male.  I have had slightly high liver enzymes for as long as they have checked my blood, Dr was never worried however.  I recently was diagnosed with diabetes and started taking trulicity which gave me horrendous gut pain, reading online I found it was most likely bile issues caused by medicine.  Decided with high enzymes already and now maybe a bike issue I gave this a try.  The almost ulcer feeling I had been having that I blamed on stress, heartburn, and the I'll effects of trulicity all vanished within a week.  Liver enzymes actually increased in first blood test Dr said this was to be expected as the liver flushed toxins.  She encouraged me to continue.  The reduced stress, and overall better feeling triggered wait loss in week three.  Down 25lbs with no change, attributed this to the reduced feeling of stress even though it really has not decreased.  I can't recommend this product enough
