We'd recently worked on getting our five-month-old daughter to be able to sleep through the night 7:30pm-7am, which was going well, except she'd wake up soaked in the morning. These really do the trick to help her diapers make it through the night and she wakes up dry so I don't have to clean her sheets in the morning. They're easy to insert; they're basically the same as putting a menstrual pad into underwear.
