Review: Read before you buy! - It broke down within 15 days after only 3 uses. I took the product to the Dyson Dubai Mall store. Normally, if a product is not repaired within 7 business days, it should be replaced or a refund should be issued. This is how UAE consumer laws work. I explained this to Dyson customer service, but they said that UAE laws do not apply to them. This was an unbelievable attitude. After 18 days, the product came back from the service. The remote control was broken by the service. It was not replaced. It would be impossible for them to act like this in the US or Europe, where very serious penalties would be imposed. Unfortunately, in the UAE, Dyson ignores consumer rights. Think 50 times before buying Dyson.

It broke down within 15 days after only 3 uses. I took the product to the Dyson Dubai Mall store. Normally, if a product is not repaired within 7 business days, it should be replaced or a refund should be issued. This is how UAE consumer laws work. I explained this to Dyson customer service, but they said that UAE laws do not apply to them. This was an unbelievable attitude. After 18 days, the product came back from the service. The remote control was broken by the service. It was not replaced. It would be impossible for them to act like this in the US or Europe, where very serious penalties would be imposed. Unfortunately, in the UAE, Dyson ignores consumer rights. Think 50 times before buying Dyson.
