Install was pretty easy, hardest part was removing the clips. The rear pieces were slightly bigger than the original, Can't compare size for the front because they were completely missing. I'm glad I found these instead of paying 150 bucks at the Toyota Dealership. I think these should last longer because of the thicker material.

I installed these on my 2003 4runner. The one on drivers side ripped shortly after installing at one of the mounting holes. I was able to punch a small hole and secure it with a zip tie but that also ripped so it was just flapping about. Kinda lame. They seem like they are nice and I like that they included the hardware but I can't say they are amazing since they didn't even last 6 months.
