This has a great design, is affordable, and works far better than I expected. After each session, my legs feel like I just had a solid workout -- that satisfying “good burn” that tells you the muscles were actually engaged. So, I had to get another one of these because my partner(we don't live together) fell in love with it. So ... I gifted it to him as it really helps with his back and shoulder pain . I also got my mom to get one. Great product !!! Easy to assemble and use .

I have enjoyed the plate very much. I have been primarily using it for increased circulation and lower back pain. It really seems to help and feels great. My only concern is when I try and go to standing one one foot it seems to be to much for the plate to handle. I am about 210lbs so that might be the problem but I try and position more towards the center of the plate and seems to work better.

The steadiness and quality of this vibration plate is fantastic. It definitely has a lot of power to it. Easy to use. I love how it suction cups to like any hard surface to help it. Stay in place while it’s vibrating. The remote definitely helps a lot so that you’re not having to bend down to turn it off

The product feels sturdy and very stable. It functions perfectly. I’m finding that it helps with overall aches and pain. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and I already intuitively anticipate that using it will ease my muscle aches. It’s like an all-body massage via the vibration. It helps with mobility and increase my energy for more movement. The remote control is very useful, as it makes it easy to operate the vibration plate without reaching down to floor level.

I haven't compared this to any others but I do really like it, I have joint issues and this is very helpful for releiving the pain and helping me body to relax. Quality seems good, it makes some noices (outside of the obviously necessary ones) but that's not too much. For a vibration plate, I think the size is good and good for home use, it's fairly compact and fits in the corner of my room in my house, or under my desk, I use it as vibrating foot rest also. I can see that consistent use of this would help with circulation and mobiliy issues. I left off the one start just because I don't have compairson to other machines to know if the extra noise it's making is normal for these machines or not.

Very good, I like that you can spend 10 min a day using it and still get some worthwhile exercises done in that small amount of time. There are different modes so you're not always using the same intensity and speed etc. mine didn't come with a remote as I bought a used, very good one for a bit of money off, but I was able to order a remote from eBay which works fine. I could be using them incorrectly but the attached resistance bands aren't very good, they don't seem to do a lot for me. But I bought a ten dollar set on Amazon and have been using those
