The pills on the right are split with one I bought at Walgreen's. With this one the pills split easily in exact half. That's very important to me because with too much medicine my heart was stopping. Yes, stopping for 3 seconds. Fortunately I have a monitor so the Dr was aware of that. The splitter from Walgreen's breaks and crumbles the pills in little crumbs. Same pills. I highly recommend this splitter. Out of 4 splitters I purchased this one is the only one that works correctly.
