Review: better than the gs1 - only used for about 20 hours so far,UPDATE NOW USED FOR 9 MONTHS NOW SOUNDS EVEN BETTER NOW ITS BURNED IN, WELL WORTH THE MONEY YOU WONT BE DISAPOINTED ( NOT A CHINESE FIREWORK) when i installed the amp i noticed that one channel was running at 85ma and the other was 70ma. so i turned it down to 70ma this is done by the bias adjuster on the top of the amp as in the picture. The sound seemed a little flat to me due to it not being burnt in yet, to get over this while it is being burnt in i downloaded a free equalizer called peters equalizer .wow what a deference that has made running it through the computer with a preamp inline for the record deck and using spotify for other music it now sound fantastic. i am running it into 2X 8ohm celestion DL10'S. THIS IS A BIG IMPROVEMENT TO THE GS-01 THAT LET ME DOWN IN THE FIRST 6 WEEKS I HAD TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND AS THE RECTIFIER VALVE PACKED UP, desertcart DIDN'T OFFER A NEW VALVE THEY JUST SAID RETURN THE WHOLE AMP, SO I DID AND GOT A FULL REFUND THEN PAID AN EXTRA Β£200 AND BOUGHT THIS ONE GS-O2 WITH KT88 OUTPUT VALVES. Review: 13w sounds like 50+ watts - Using the G-02 KT88 to drive my Klipsch RP-260F these speakers have an efficiency of 97db so work well. The unit came well packed and is easy to set up.
