Review: U get all the various sizes in each packet if u have to adjust! - I have tried many “lifts” and these r by far the best! First , u have a choice in each packet, for 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch , etc up to 1 inch. Second , they stay stuck in your shoe so u don’t have to worry about them coming off or moving! Third, they r clear so they aren’t noticeable if u r wearing candles or backless shoes. Lastly, they r very comfortable and once u r use to them, u wont even feel them while using them! Great product!!

**Q: Did the heel lift pad stick firmly enough? I wish it would stick a little more firmly so it would stick to the shoe.**
A: It sticks very well in my sneakers, partly because it's "locked in its position" with no space to move around.  I also use them in shoes, and I agree they could stick a bit better.  
This summer I've been using them in Teva sandals that have a heel strap, and they've actually been sticking quite well.   Hope this helps...

I have tried many “lifts” and these r by far the best! First , u have a choice in each packet, for 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch , etc up to 1 inch. Second , they stay stuck in your shoe so u don’t have to worry about them coming off or moving! Third, they r clear so they aren’t noticeable if u r wearing candles or backless shoes. Lastly, they r very comfortable and once u r use to them, u wont even feel them while using them! Great product!!

i have a boot from an ankle injury on one foot and it does the job in terms of leveling out my gait. doesnt stick on super well to my shoe tho.
