You gotta get the bristles wet to soften them up before you clean unless you need the harshness. I rinse my dishes so I don't have to scrub as much anyways. The handles are smooth and coated yet easy to hold on to without slipping or dropping. Basically I have no complaints.

I. LOVE. THESE! A size for everything, makes washing dishes so much easier on my shoulder and neck as compared to scrubbing with a sponge. I also love that they are all natural. No smell and as long as you dry them properly there's no mold. I hang mine up individually by the sink and they look good too. Very pleased with the product and the price. You gotta get the bristles wet to soften them up before you clean unless you need the harshness. I rinse my dishes so I don't have to scrub as much anyways. The handles are smooth and coated yet easy to hold on to without slipping or dropping. Basically I have no complaints.

I bought these for baby bottles but the large brush doesn't fit and the long one is a bit to long for short pumping bottles. The brushes are great quality just not for my use!
