MTX Audio EBC-01 Bass Knob / External Bass Remote Control External Bass Control for use with the MUD600-1 PowerSport amplifier. External bass controls (EBC), or remote bass controls (RBC), are a convenient and easy to install accessory that allows you to tune the bass in your music song by song. For example, if you listen to a wide variety of music, you may want more bass when listening to Rap or Hip Hop and less bass when listening to Country or Heavy Metal. An external bass controller (EBC) will allow you to adjust the bass level without having to pull over and adjust the gain setting on the amplifier.

It might as well just be an on-off switch. Turn the knob to off no base soon as you move it a fraction it's full base you can move it all the way to the top and nothing changes

It is impossible to install incorrectly as it is an MTX bass control going into an MTX amp literally one plug. It works but not in the way it is supposed to. It might as well just be an on-off switch. Turn the knob to off no base soon as you move it a fraction it's full base you can move it all the way to the top and nothing changes
