There used to be a pull down menu to choose 5s, 2.5s, or 1.25s but the pull down is gone now. They must have sold out of 2.5s and 5s. I have the 2.5s. They fit bar tight, makingvswapping weights slower. I'm going to sand out the centers a bit. **Q: Can these be used with Weider weight plates and barbell?** A: They should. **Q: Its seems like a shock to the body to keep adding 2.5x2 each time. My gym doesnt have 1.25lb plates.
