The mat arrived faster than promised and everything was in excellent orderI can't comment on the healing power as I haven't had it long enough, but it is easy to operate and comfortable to use. There was an English handbook with a few guidelines, but very much missing is any guidance on the optimum position to use the mat, and what the different bits can be used for, and how to apply them.
