Very easy and convenient. I tried both the vanilla and original and I liked the original best. I gave 4 stars because I hoped that even though they are only dairy and soy (the dairy being skim milk and cultured) that the dairy would not be a problem for me -- but I once again had to learn that I personally have to avoid all forms of dairy products.
