Wasn’t used to it & to changing my posture, so my back hurt a little.Day 2, wore Large on smallest hook for about 16 hours—to work, and at home to wall the dog, clean house, etc. Back felt great.Day 3, wore Medium on largest hook for about 12 hours. Back felt great.Day 4 - Took a break, but my posture was so much improved! Back felt great.Overall, I am really impressed - both waist trainers stayed in place, didn’t flip up or curl down (often a problem). Material is soft. Lines/spillover at top/bottom was minimal for wearing a waist trainer.
