Excellent ergonomic chair with outstanding customer service! I purchased the TRALT Office Chair Ergonomic Desk Chair (White) back in July 2025 and have been using it daily for work and some light gaming. This chair is a solid performer — the mesh back and seat keep things breathable even during longer sessions, the lumbar support is adjustable and comfortable, and the overall build feels sturdy (I'm well under the 330 lb rating). The wheels glide smoothly, the armrests are supportive, and it’s easy to adjust height, tilt, and recline. It looks modern and professional in my home office too. After about 6 months of regular use, I had a minor issue with one of the parts. I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly, shipped a replacement part immediately at no cost, and even offered compensation for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is rare and really turned what could have been a negative into a positive experience. The chair has been working perfectly since the replacement.
