The only problem I experienced is the packing of the hardware. There are two hardware bags with a bracket and two small set screws in each bag. A third hardware bag has a bracket, two small set screws and the bracket mounting hardware for all three brackets. I bought two sets and each set rattled a bit before I opened the card board box (there was no outside box). I carefully opened it and found that the bags had ripped/opened/whatever and the set screws were loose in the long box that the rods were in. I bagged all the hardware and verified that all the set screws were accounted for. The manufacturer thought that just screwing the set screw into a threaded hole in the bracket was actually going to keep them in place. I found one out of six brackets still had the set screws installed. A few were still rolling around in the bags, but there were four in one box and three in the other box that had been spending their time trying to find a way out of the boxes.
