Der Vorteil gegenüber Chunks liegt dabei hauptsächlich darin, dass das Grillgut direkt auf dem Brett gegrillt wird. Dadurch ist weniger Rauch notwendig, was natürlich auch die Nachbarn freut.Ich habe auf den Brettern mittlerweile Rind, Schwein und Geflügel ausprobiert und bin absolut überzeugt. Insbesondere bei Geflügel, das an sich relativ arm an Geschmack ist, lässt sich ein hervorragendes Aroma erzeugen.Ich verwende die Bretter sowohl mit Briketts im Kugelgrill als auch auf dem Gasgrill - beides funktioniert hervorragend.
