To summarise: very dry gritty clay, quite tricky to apply to dry hair, good enough hold but it's heavy so will drop, amazing texture, decent endurance, washes out largely with water and fully with shampoo, leaves my hair feeling plump, thick and healthy. It's effective as a pre styler and post styler, but for post styling I usually have to finish off with another product to apply the more structured styles I go for. If you're going for neat classic styles e.g. side parts or pompadours I wouldn't recommend but it's a very good product nevertheless - much better for messy, flowy, natural styles. For me, this wouldn't be a product I would reliably trust when I am doing my hair for a special occasion - I've had some great hair days with this but equally days where it just doesn't work for me.
