They don't make you thirsty either. They are very refreshing and are much better than gum! They also keep your breath fresher for a longer period of time. Winterfrost are my favorites, they are minty without being overly strong. I have given them to my friends and relatives and they now love them. I don't understand why they are not available in stores any more, but I am SO thankful for AMAZON's supply!
