Got my first one, great condition easy to install, works great. Ordered another one, hose leaked, had to send it back for another one, that one came chipped. Sent back for refund. If you get a good one you will love it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ You need space behind the spout *by A***. on October 15, 2020* I have a vanity that was pre-drilled for the faucet spout. The hole is 2-3/8" from the wall, and this is not quite enough, as one of the handles hits the wall unless I install the spout off-axis.No labeling as to which is Hot/Cold, so I ended up adding a sticker with H and C on the top of the handles. No big deal, but they could have designed that better.I love the design, and will move it to a different sink, but beware the space requirement.Functions fine, does not drip, so no complaints on quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great Design but only OK in look and finish quality *by D***N on February 24, 2019* I really wanted to love this faucet. Design is cool. It feels substantial For The Price. Quality is not same as high end brands of course. I returned it due to the issue with the inside of the spout (see pic1) and for this project did not have time to reorder/try again so perhaps this is a one-off issue. I went with my second choice of a black faucet that had better finish and quality, more standard design. Since I did not install it I cannot comment on how it works and gave it 3 stars. For the price if it did not have the Spout Finish Issue, it's pretty nice. I am wondering why both knobs (chrome parts on top which both turn) have both red and blue indicators - it seems like one should be red (hot) and one should be blue (cold).
