I love this product. To start with I received a counterfeit brace from a third party shipper. I did not know it at the time but FY was out of stock so some other company stepped in. I was very unhappy with it. Totally not as represented. When I notified FY Posture that I was unhappy with their product, I was told that it wasn't theirs. They sent one to me at no charge. FY's Customer Service is second to none. This is the kind of service that is rarely seen anymore. I also received follow up emails asking if I had any questions and if everything was ok. I highly recommend this Posture Corrector Brace from FY Posture. It is easy to put on by yourself and works very well. If you are in the market for a posture brace, look no further. I have a bad right shoulder so I know this is why it causes me pain, but a bit more padding on the back support would be great. Not much you can do for padding under the arm, as it must put pressure somewhere since that is its purpose.
