It seems to simulate the process of facial exercises that are so trendy and popular now, but more easily and without having to use oils(which my skin hates), and having to use your fingers. As a bonus, a silicone facial cleanser was included, which I hadn't any knowledge of before, but I now adore this little thingamajig (which buffs skin in the cleansing process and clears away dead skin cells), and will order more of these for future use.Additionally, I can't say enough about the seller experience. I received a warm email from them soon after I ordered, thanking me for the order, and stating their intention to make me a completely satisfied customer. They reached out to me 2 more times before the package even arrived I think just to check in...unheard of in Customer Service in this day and age. When one of the ends snapped off of the rod I let them know directly, and they apologized profusely and not only refunded the product, but also sent out a new one as well.
