I am someone who has done my own nails for the past 6 years and have always used acetone to clean the acrylic out of my brushes and, for the most part, it's worked but I didn't realize the havoc it was reeking on my brushes. I purchased this product and used it after completing my nails and once my brush dried, it was so soft and free of any acrylic clumps dried on the bristles. This also works well for any type of nail paint, gel, or polish you may use and, unlike acetone, it doesn't dry within minutes of being exposed to air. I was a little disappointed by the size of the bottle until I realized you don't need very much to accomplish soft, clean brushes. I'd highly recommend if you do acrylic nails.
