It works like a dream: the setup was easy (make sure you remove the transport screws that secure the mechanism during shipping!) and the instructions were fool proof. The lever that sets the course to fine is easy to operate as well (we tend to use it on fine). Make sure you get a decent sieve so you can separate the bran (if you are making white wheat flour). There is nothing more satisfying then milling your own flour when you need it; also for sourdough starter you can do it a LOT easier with freshly milled flour versus the supermarket bleached and processed flour (hint: it does not work with supermarket flour).
