Review: Kava Plus Ashwagandha For Better Sleep - I like kavakava for better sleep. This is a natural plant that aids with relaxation and mood control. In this product, you also get organic ashwagandha and ginko biloba. I got the big bottle which holds a full 240 caps. The recommended serving is 2 caps a day but I use this in combo with a number of other supplements and so I take one cap: this means I get a full 8 months supply for $25, a good deal at just over 10-cents each, and I will be ordering again. Recommended.
Review: Good Nootropic stack in theory - Ginkgo Biloba the acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. Ashwaganhda the GABA-mimetic herb. Both studied and producing both notable and placebo effects. Toted for their abilities to help alleviate stress, manage anxiety and mood. I've taken both of these before and even stacked them. The only thing is that the serving size of 2 pills only gives you 300mg of each. Which is not enough for tangible effects. In all fairness it's recommended to start a dosing at 300mg for Ash, but it's 300mg twice a day so you'd be taken 4 pills total. Realistically I felt it's effects with a dosage around 800-1200mg. I'm a 170 lb lean male. So dosage size will obviously vary, but just making it clear that if you're buying I'd give it a feel at its recommended dosage then probably double my dosage until I felt something. It's small doses like this that lead people to believe these nootropics don't have actual effects - but they do. I mean, the product is what it says it is so I can't ding it, just keep in mind you'll probably be needing to pop open 6 pills and mix them into something.

These supplements are fantastic because they smell and taste mildly, which is ideal for those who are sensitive to strong scents or flavors. It greatly facilitates taking them. My ability to focus has slightly improved since I started using these supplements.
