Review: Has stayed very sharp and is well made - I ordered this to replace a standard size paring knife but it is actually a bit bigger than I expected so check the dimensions are what you need (as I didn’t!). Had it quite a while now and I can honestly say it was incredibly sharp when I received it and it’s remained incredibly sharp now. It’s also a well made knife. I can definitely recommend it but just check sizing is what you need.
