The design of these traps are so simple and no harsh chemicals! :) As far as the traps go, absolutely 5 out of 5! The service from SolutioNerd is like 30000000000 out of 5!!!!!! Not realizing that if you have carpeted floors, you need to put small pieces of wood under the traps and then put your bed legs in. Well, I didn’t know this, so all of my traps cracked instantly! I contacted the company and they got to me within and hour and told me they’d let me know when my refund would be completed.
