Die Unterseite ist absolut plan, er wird sehr und gleichmäßig schnell warm, die Griffe sind bombenfest. Was will man mehr? Als Deckel nutze ich eine Glashaube, die ich mal für 10 Euro für meine Bratpfanne gekauft hatte. Auch das funktioniert einwandfrei. Review: ich kann nur eine gute Bewertung für diesen Topf abgeben , sehr stabil verarbeitet , der Boden bleibt grade ( kein verziehen ) die Wärmeverteilung ist bei einem passenden Heizelement ( bei mir 32 cm Induktion ) super .
