For me it was more than just cleavage, there was no way to keep my bra covered. So either wear an undershirt or use a safety pin to hold it shut. Also, the middle wasn't what I expected. There is almost like a ruched belt in the middle and if you are tall or have a longer torso, you will end up with a more empire waist look.
