Especially as I have used epsom salts before and except making the bath have a scent depending in whay you buy that is truly a waste of money. After being recommend it bith by others with eds and my heart consultant i decided to look into it abit more and that then convinced me to try it. Orignally brought the betterforyou brand but quickly realised that that was adding up and becoming extremely expensive. Obviously its not mirical cure but i do find it does have a effect and help. I tend to Have a nice hot soak in Bath of it before bed as it is also great for a good night zzzz, i though it must have been a random fluke at first but no has the same effect consistently and also on my daughter. I will also have a long hot soak when my eds is flaring and when the muscle spasms are really bad. Its great for skin also, i use to get really sore, dry skin from actually bathing/ the water my daughter also has this issues. But Using this has cleared it up for both off us , it comes back when we bath without it . I love the betterforyou brand but this is just as good but far far better value for money. I have also brought other things from hexal ( bath bomb making etc) and it is always decent quality product supplied. I wouldnt just recommend this but hexal as a whole.
