This Desk Top Water Tray and Stand promotes sensory and interactive play. Sand and water play fosters an understanding of STEM concepts including weight, buoyancy and water displacement. Sand and water play also develops fine and gross motor skills. Kids scoop, build and pour as they play, which also improves hand-eye coordination. Play anywhere! The powder-coated, tubular steel frame folds for easy travel and storage. The tray is injection molded, which means the plastic which comprises it is uniformly thick and will easily withstand water or sand without bending. Use the mesh shelf for extra storage for toys or activities! Size of tray: 27.6”L x 19.7”W x 5.9”D. Size of stand: 27.6”L x 18.9”W x 22.8”H. Toys are not included.

This sand and water tray does not have a lid. If you would like one with a lid, I recommend you check out some of our other water trays. I'm also not seeing a lid mentioned anywhere in our description, but I apologize for the confusion.

We’ve used water, oats, and rice in it so far as a sensory table. Both of my toddlers are obsessed. Very sturdy (my 2 year old likes standing on the frame). Hasn’t tipped or spilled at all. Easy clean up and storage.
