I ordered a 3xl size because I wear a 42g bra and a size 16 in pants, but I probably could have gotten one size smaller, however, I didn't want it too tight, so 3xl fits perfectly! The skirt part on me covers my bum and the top of my thighs, unlike the model picture. I love it! This was a good purchase, and it was delivered quickly in a discreet plain brown 8 1/2 x 11" UPS envelope. I recommend it! Review: Sexy - I am 5’4 and about 230 ! This fits nice ! ## Features - Complete Costume Set: Includes a nurse dress and matching headband (select styles include coordinating bottoms) for an easy, put-on-and-go look. - Event-Ready Comfort: Soft, lightweight fabric designed for comfortable wear at school events, themed parties, and festivals. - Flexible Fit: Gentle stretch helps the costume move with you for photos, parades, and all-day activities.
