Multiple hand positions with slip resistant coverings. The top handle is a beefy, solid and easy to grip. I discovered that using the strap upside down had some positive affects. The top handle worked like a weighted foot loop that stayed open and stayed in place making it easy to position and slip your foot in. It gives you a degree of independence.
