This is a supplement to be used for a Reptile that isn't receiving D3 in another form already, (such as from a UVB tube light etc). Depending on reptile, there're a few ways for it to be used. With Geckos and most Lizards, you coat your feeder insect with the powder. Just dunking them in to the container or sprinkling a little bit of the product in to your feeder container should do the trick. You then feed your insects normally. With other Reptiles you leave a bowl full of it in the enclosure and they should self-regulated, and some you mix it in to the preprepared food, (crested Geckos, Mourning Geckos, etc).
