I also received the full jar’s worth of the oil. There were no air pockets at all. The color, consistency, and smell were accurate to the known characteristics of Batana. It is still cold where I am so it was in a solidified state when it arrived, however it was more pliable after some time in my home. It doesn’t take much heat to get it to melt either. I know many people who are looking to purchase on Amazon are trying to sift through the fakers, I want you to rest assured that this brand is legit.
