Have a Bernese and I’m trying to keep his white marks white, but don’t want to lighten the black.** A: I'm sure you can. My dog is a white palmerainian. He get dark high lights in the winter and this works to bring the white out more he gets the amber high lights in the winter. Doing and summer weather pure white. Used it 3 weeks ago still soft and clean . So I don't see why you could not use it. I just ordered more at the price it is at now before it goes back to normal price **Q: How many minutes should i leave for shampoo to be effective? Directions says several minutes. Exactly how many minutes is that?** A: Generally I soap up and work the soap for 10-15 minutes. But we have a 60 pound standard poodle, so timing would depend on the size of your dog. **Q: Is this cruelty free?** A: Yes **Q: Is it tear free?** A: It says to avoid eyes... but so does the tear free shampoo I just bought... my guess... try it...if your dog appears to have a problem, don't use it on the dog's face. ## Frequently Bought Together - Veterinary Formula Smart Coat Complex Snow White Shampoo for Dogs and Cats, 17 Fl oz – Gently Remove Stains and Yellowing Without Bleach or Peroxide – Cleans, Deodorizes, and Brightens White Coats - Veterinary Formula Smart Coat Complex Ultra Oatmeal Moisturizing Conditioner for Dogs, 17 Fl oz – with Colloidal Oatmeal & Jojoba – Leaves Coat Soft, Shiny, Hydrated, Strong, with Long-Lasting Scent - Veterinary Formula Clinical Care Hot Spot & Itch Relief Medicated Shampoo for Dogs and Cats 16oz – Helps Alleviate Sensitive Skin, Scratching, and Licking of Coat --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/5790427-snow-white-shampoo-brightening-for-dogs-and-cats-17-fl](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/5790427-snow-white-shampoo-brightening-for-dogs-and-cats-17-fl) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
