There was a piece missing so I had to call them. They were so kind and apologetic. We got the piece within a few days. Highly recommend this company so easy to deal with.
Review: No brainer good - I have had it for 6 months and enjoy it immensely. The cook results are always crowd pleasers. Even my daughter who doesn't eat much meat seems to love it. The product is well built and I have had to use customer service a few times and they have been absolutely amazing. Live knowledgeable people answer the phones immediately. Go figure how nice that is these days. I will say the pain seems to flake under some heat. They've had to send me paint touch up kits but no big deal.

I can’t say enough good things about the product and the people that work there. I bought this for my husband for Christmas. There was a piece missing so I had to call them. They were so kind and apologetic. We got the piece within a few days. Highly recommend this company so easy to deal with.
