**Q: Ive brought this product & there's no spin at even watching video**
A: I bought this for one of my son's who experienced a similar problem but his twin sorted it.  If you look at the handle I think there's a leaver halfway down the shaft.  Flip it up which allows the spin action then flip it back down to secure.

**Q: No response from seller, clearly they don't give a dam. Im raging i bought such a defaulted design. Can i get refunded?**
A: They are not worth the £

A: Handle is long but also goes short if needed… definitely a good purchase

The mop seems fine but the bucket is very pòor quality, it is thin guage plastic and the handle is poorly designed. When my wife put water in the bucket and picked it up the bucket tipped spilling water out. We were replacing another spin mop which has given excellent service for about 3 years. I definately will not buy this brand again
