I have use the programs and instructions but to no avail. The company then contacted me and resent me the documentation with a video (but no video anywhere). I get the head to move around on the axes, but when I want to do the test cutting, it stays in one place. At the moment it is an ornament and waiting for a CNC operator friend to come and help me. If I had known that it would be so difficult to install and follow the instructions, I would never have bought it although it is what I wanted. I am sure that there are other products available, but at a price.
