Will not produce smoke at all anymore. Contacting support is useless. Reading the self help is useless. Wasted over a hundred bucks on something that only worked a handful of times. Not happy. Not happy that I can't review the seller directly either. First thing I noticed is that it looks like it's been used. It was re-packaged, but the inside of the case and chamber had residual drops from liquid and it was sticky after removing the plastic wrap. Pictures included with review, one prior to removing the plastic wrap showing the outer chamber and one after, showing the inner chamber. It's now been plugged in since this afternoon, but it's still blinking on the one red dot, it doesn't appear to be charging at all. I used it very briefly, and it died. Not happy. After realizing the issues I took a more careful look at the reviews and found that many others have had issues with the units dying. I'll be returning this and looking for a better quality replacement.
