It is so peaceful and relaxing watching and listening to all of the variable sounds that can be selected. My favorite is the frogs, rain and ocean with birds. I love the brightness and volume controls and may just use it tonight to help with my insomnia! I may just keep this one and order another for the birthday present. I have several other grandchildren that I will purchase more of these for birthdays and Christmas presents. Well worth the price.
