The 2 things that I wish were different are 1) the direction the zipper zips because currently it snags when I put it in my apron. 2) The length of the book. My receipts hang out a bit on top which cause them to get wet/wrinkled. One more inch and the length would be great, not only for the receipt paper but to make it easier to put away the cash. Otherwise the design is well thought-out! Able to put my features for the day, order pad, and my completed tickets all in order in there own separate area. Plus I love the zipper to keep my tips secure. The only thing that I would love is if it had a clip to secure my pad that I use to take orders because the cardboard back always comes loose but I fixed this with a large clip.
